Theme Park Edition boxes contain merchandise only purchased on Disney Property here in Orlando Florida. You will notice the merchandise has a special Disney Parks Logo and is not merchandise you can buy anywhere else. You typically receive around 55% of the value in items in order to bring you this one of a kind experience.

Original Boxes contain NO merchandise from the Disney Parks and Resorts like the Theme Park Edition does. These boxes are full of Disney Licensed items, which are the kind of merchandise you would buy at a retail store. You can think of it like any other subscription box. It contains items you can get from a local store, but at a discounted price. These boxes contain about 120% of the value you pay in items.

If you ordered before the 20th at 7:59PM EST, your box will shipped between the 22nd and 27th of this month. If you placed your order AFTER the 20th at 7:59PM EST, your box will ship next month between the 22nd and 27th.

Sign-ups up prior to 4/1/16: We ship one time per month, on the 1st. This ensures everyone receives their boxes about the same time. For example, if you sign up on Sept 2nd, 15th, or 29th, you will receive your first box around Oct 3rd (give or take a day or two depending on mail schedule, weekends, etc.). Your 2nd box and beyond will also come the same time every month.

For sign-ups after 4/1/16, you are billed on the 1st of every month, regardless of when you signed up.

For sign-ups PRIOR to 4/1/16, you will continue to be billed on the same day of the month you signed up.

The cut off to receive your box this month is the 20th at 7:59PM EST. If you order after the 20th at 7:59PM EST, your box will ship next month between the 22nd and 27th.

We are not affiliated with Disney, but we are REALLY big fans. Our Theme Park Edition monthly boxes are filled with snacks and souvenirs that we personally purchase at the parks and resorts, then ship to you! It's like personal shopping but in a fun mystery box every month.

If you purchase our Original Mickey Monthly boxes, you will receive at least 59.99 worth of value (sometimes much much more).

Our Theme Park Edition boxes are quite a bit different. We would absolutely love to ship out $60+ worth of merchandise on a $59.99 box. However if you factor in our time and costs which include driving (time and gas), time walking and transporting between Disney locations (gift shops, stores, parks, and resorts), extra packaging and handling time & costs, and that we pay full retail price for all Disney Parks merchandise, you'll see it's not possible.

You will receive about $35 to $45 worth of merchandise with a $59.99 box. A good rule of thumb for all of our packages is about 45% of the cost goes to these fees, so you will typically receive about a minimum of 55% in merchandise (including tax). However, most months you will receive a higher value. It all depends on what we can purchase that month.

Our Theme Parks Edition boxes are about receiving authentic Disney Parks items from the most magical place on earth, to anywhere in the world. This means we can't match big box retailer prices. If you are wanting something a that give you more bang for your buck, our Original Mickey Monthly boxes are just for you!

The Original Mickey Monthly boxes are made up of Officially Licensed Disney Merchandise. With Disney's popularity, almost anything you can imagine has been licensed. Kitchen items, toys, outdoor items, apparel, etc. These fun mystery boxes are a great mix of different items and change every month.

The items in our Theme Park Edition boxes come directly from Disney World Parks and Resorts which also gives us a HUGE selection to choose from. Our snack items include only items that will maintain their freshness during shipping. As much as we'd like to ship you a churro, it probably won't happen.

For our souvenirs, we'll send you toys, kitchenware like plates and cups, home decor, collectibles, pins, etc. The bigger the package, the higher priced items we can ship you.

Rest assured that we only ship items that will make it to you fresh. You won't receive any soft pretzels or Dole Whip (as much as we'd love to send some to you). All of our items will remain fresh long after you receive them. For items that will melt, such as chocolates, we have a special process that will ensure you receive it in the same condition as we bought it. No matter the weather conditions or time of year, if want to ship you chocolate and fudge, by golly, you're getting fresh chocolate and fudge!

Sort of. You are given the option to customize the TYPES of items you get. For example, we have you pick between boy and girl, adult or child, etc. This makes sure you we send items that you will love while keeping the element of surprise every month.

We also offer custom boxes we can create for you. They start at $100 and you CAN pick specific items, or even just a theme. You can see more information about custom boxes here.

Absolutely. Once you're a member, you have a member portal you can log into. Once there, you have the option to cancel, upgrade or downgrade your membership.

With so many various food allergies, we do not have packages to cater to these various dietary restrictions. However, we do have an excellent package that contains only souvenirs so you can still keep the magic alive between your vacations.

Your friends and family are lucky to have you. There are two options for gifting. If you want to give someone our monthly subscription box service, you can sign up and pay either monthly. During the purchase, you will be asked for the shipping name and address. You simply fill in the recipients details, and away it goes!

We do! Our most popular combo boxes are available. Due to the nature of shipping internationally, time frames vary greatly. There may be extra fees or taxes by your local post which we are not responsible for. Shipments do include food so if there are any restrictions on receiving these items, please do not place an order. We are not liable (and no refund will be issued) if an order is placed and these issues arise.

ALL members signed up through PayPal, so this will need to be done through the PayPal website. Here are the steps.

1. Sign in to you PayPal account at paypal.com
2. Click the Profile button at the top right, then click Profile and Settings in the drop down menu.
3. In the "Address" section, click Update. (See screenshot)



4. Select Edit below your current address, or, click Add Address if you want to keep the existing one for other purposes. (See screenshot)



5. After saving the address, click Back to My Profile. (See screenshot)



6. On the left, click My money, then in the My preapproved payments section, click Update. (See screenshot)



7. Click Mickey Monthly under the Merchant column. (See screenshot)



8. Click the drop down under Ship to, and select the address you added in the previous steps. Then click Update Information. (See screenshot)

4. Click Add a Card and fill in the details of your new card, then click Save. (See screenshot)



5. Click on Back to My Profile. (See screenshot)



6. On the left, click My money, then in the My preapproved payments section, click Update. (See screenshot)



7. Click Mickey Monthly under the Merchant column. (See screenshot)



8. Click the drop down under Credit Card, and select the card you have added in the previous steps. Then click Update Information. (See screenshot)
