If you ordered before the 20th at 11:59PM EST, your box will shipped by the 21st of this month. If you placed your order AFTER the 21st at 11:59PM EST, your box will ship next month between the 1st and 21st.

Theme Park Edition boxes contain merchandise only purchased on Disney Property here in Orlando Florida. You will notice the merchandise has a special Disney Parks Logo and is not merchandise you can buy anywhere else. With the high cost of Disney Parks items, you will receive less items than on our Original Series.

Original Boxes contain no merchandise from the Disney Parks and Resorts. This allows us to give you a better value, between 100% and 130% of what you pay. Our Original boxes are full of Disney items from our many Disney suppliers. The Original boxes are much like other subscription box services, where you get more value than you pay for.

Your first charge happens at sign up. This covers your first box. If you sign up before the 21st at 11:59PM EST, your first renewal will happen the 1st of the next month. If you sign up after the 21st, you won't be charged again until the following month, on the 1st.

We are not affiliated with Disney, but we are REALLY big fans. Our Theme Park Edition monthly boxes are filled with snacks and souvenirs that we personally purchase at the parks and resorts, then ship to you! It's like personal shopping but in a fun mystery box every month.

Our Theme Park Edition boxes are a bit different. We would absolutely love to ship out $50+ worth of merchandise on a $49.99 box. However, due to Disney's pricing, it's just not possible.

Our Theme Parks Edition boxes are about receiving authentic Disney Parks items from the most magical place on earth, to anywhere in the world. If you are wanting something a that give you more bang for your buck, our Original Series boxes are just for you!

The Original Mickey Monthly boxes are made up of all sorts of Disney goodies from our dozens of vendors. With Disney's popularity, almost anything you can imagine has been licensed. Kitchen items, toys, outdoor items, apparel, etc. These fun mystery boxes are a great mix of different items and change every month.

The items in our Theme Park Edition boxes come directly from Disney World Parks and Resorts which also gives us a HUGE selection to choose from. Our snack items include only items that will maintain their freshness during shipping. As much as we'd like to ship you a churro, it probably won't happen.

For our souvenirs, we'll send you toys, kitchenware like plates and cups, home decor, collectibles, pins, etc. The bigger the package, the higher priced items we can ship you.

Rest assured that we only ship items that will make it to you fresh. You won't receive any soft pretzels or Dole Whip (as much as we'd love to send some to you). All of our items will remain fresh long after you receive them. For items that will melt, such as chocolates, we have a special process that will ensure you receive it in the same condition as we bought it. No matter the weather conditions or time of year, if want to ship you chocolate and fudge, by golly, you're getting fresh chocolate and fudge!

If you do ever receive a damaged snack, be sure to let us know so we can send you a replacement.

Absolutely! You are given the option to customize both the age and the gender of items you get. This ensures that you get the PERFECT items month after month.

We also offer custom boxes we can create for you. They start at $100 and you can pick specific items, or even just a theme. You can see more information about custom boxes here.

With so many various food allergies, we do not have packages to cater to these various dietary restrictions. However, we do have an excellent package that contains only souvenirs so you can still keep the magic alive between your vacations.

Your friends and family are lucky to have you. There are two options for gifting. If you want to give someone our monthly subscription box service, you can sign up and pay either monthly. During the purchase, you will be asked for the shipping name and address. You simply fill in the recipients details, and away it goes!

We do! Our most popular combo boxes are available. Due to the nature of shipping internationally, time frames vary greatly. There may be extra fees or taxes by your local post which we are not responsible for. Shipments do include food so if there are any restrictions on receiving these items, please do not place an order. We are not liable (and no refund will be issued) if an order is placed and these issues arise.

Our packages can be canceled at anytime (although we don't think you'll want to once you sign up). Simply use the following link to cancel: Cancel. Depending on when you signed up, you may still receive the next shipment.

Your shipping address must be updated by the 15th to update for the current month. Changes after the 20th will take effect next month.

In the rare event that one of your items comes damaged, please contact us (mickeymonthly.com/contact) and we'll be happy to resolve your request. Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of support staff. Please submit a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite resolution. Damage to product packaging and crate boxes do not qualify for a replacement. Because of inventory changes, issues must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please allow up to 14 days for your replacement to ship once confirmed by support staff.

Please note: Because our service is a mystery style subscription, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for dissatisfaction of subscription contents.

If you ordered more boxes than you need, or forgot to cancel your membership and received a box you didn't want, here is the process.

Please contact us (mickeymonthly.com/contact) and let us know what the situation is. We will need you to ship us the extra box(es) with all contents inside and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Once we receive the box(es) back, we will refund the full cost of the unneeded box(es) to your original payment method.
